If you’re an athlete (12+), John’s strength and conditioning expertise helps you train smarter. He’s worked with dozens of high school, D1, and pro athletes across multiple sports. Every athlete is unique, so training must be too. Using years of testing data, John created this proprietary Athletic Profile Score (APS) – a performance test battery measuring strength, explosive power, agility, and speed using only top-tier equipment.
